This hack allows you to add fake members, in the registered list and in the online guests list...if you haven't understood well what it is, look at attachments.
How to install it?

Admin Control Panel => vBulletin Options => Fake Statistics Numbers => Fake Registered Users => Enter fake number that's joining to the real number.
What should I do for the Guest Number?
Admin Control Panel => vBulletin Options => Fake Statistics Numbers > Fake guests that's joining to the real number.
