After vbskinstudio (http://www.vbskinstudio.com/) has been idle for so long they have eventually started making free themes again, this is the first of many.
This theme is a very simple yet elegant theme which was actually made for VB3 a couple of years ago. The skin has now been released on for VB4 with a couple of changes.
