What's this :
This full control of PM's and VM's you can choose Usergroup that can't send PM's Or VM's Addition on that you can choose X Posts to send PM's Or VM's so any member less than X posts can't send PM's Or VM's Also this option passed on USERGROUPS PERMISSIONS So not all usergroups will can't send PM's Or VM's and they will able to receive the PM's or VM's from any member But not send it http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/images/smilies/up.gif
