- Support KMS' network
- Helpdesk function for technical issues
- Assist System/Network administrator and report direct to IT Manager
Job Requirements:
- Able to diagnostic, repair, replace hardware and software
- Experience in Windows, Mac OS and Linux installation
- Have knowledge of Networking to complete basic assignment
- Able to research & learn new technology
- English speaking and writing at intermediate level
