Em không đọc được file .eml / please helps

Chào các Bác!
Sếp em forward email cho em không hiểu sao khi chuyển đến máy em thì nó thành attach file định dạnh .eml. Sếp em dung mail công ty, em dung gmail và đang dùng incremail để duyệt mail. Hệ điều hành là window7.
C ác bác làm ơn giúp em khắc phục sự cố này với ạh.

If EML files will not open in Outlook Express, try the following:

1. Open My Computer.
2. Select Folder Options from the Tools menu.
3. Click the File Types tab.
4. Under Registered file types, select EML Outlook Express Mail Message, then click Advanced.
5. Click Open, then click Edit.
6. Type the following line in the "Application used to perform action" box:
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\MSIMN.EXE" /eml:%1
7. Click OK twice, then close the window.
NOTE: EML files may also be opened in Internet Explorer since they are formatted the same as .MHT files; changing the file extension from ".eml" to ".mht" should cause the file to open directly in
Internet Explorer; EML files may also be opened within Internet Explorer using the Microsoft Exchange Server Outlook WebAccess client.
