* Improved user and category management in Admin Area
* Added confirmation dialog before deleting a video advertisement
* Added two new columns in the category manager
* Improved user management in the Admin Area:
o Added new buttons to activate & delete (checked) user accounts
o Added new filter for user levels (Admin, Editor, Moderator, Inactive and Regular Users)
o Banned users will now have their username stroke through
* Added the "Restricted videos" feature (videos marked as "restricted" will require user registration)
