What Does This Hack Do?
This is an update to my 3.8.x (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=223852) version of this hack, designed to work with vBulletin v4.0.x.
Have you ever wondered who rated a thread and what they scored it? Well, you would out of luck with a default vBulletin installation. But, fear not, this hack solves that by displaying who has rated a thread (in a box at the bottom of a thread), and the rating they gave it.
Hovering over a username will show the rating that user gave the thread.
In addition to this, clicking on the View All button will launch a separate scrollable page that shows how each user rated the thread. The View All button will only be displayed if at least one person has rated the thread.
This hack is controlled by usergroup permissions in the AdminCP Options for this hack, there is also an On/Off switch to turn this hack on and off.
The inspiration for this hack came from Paul M's Who Has Read A Thread hack, but instead of who read a thread, it shows who rated a thread.
My other inspiration for this hack came from being fed-up of the cowardly good-for-nothing idiot of sub-standard intelligence, who has stalking me on these forums for the last couple of years, is hiding behind the fact that ratings are anonymous and keeps on rating my hack threads with 1 star even when not one person has downloaded and used a hack, instead of rating a thread what is worth.
With this hack people can never rate a thread anonymous again.

Ensure you have set the usergroup permissions via the AdminCP Options for this hack.
This hack also uses the showthread_after_activeusers template hook in the SHOWTHREAD template. This template hook must be present in any customised SHOWTHREAD template or style you are using, otherwise this hack will not display.
vBulletin Version Compatibility
This hack can be used with vBulletin versions 4.0.0 - 4.1.0.
