Hoặc sử dụng file php.ini và up lên host, phương án này không khả thi.
Tốt nhất nên yêu cầu nhà cung cấp hosting tắt chế độ safe_mode.

Thêm nữa, theo như thông báo lỗi, anh nên chmod các thư mục data và internal_data thành 777, nếu k có thư mục, anh hãy tạo và chmod cho nó.
