Đây là lỗi windows của máy tính đâu có liên quan gì đến hosting, lần sau bạn post bài chú ý nhé. Để fix lỗi trên bạn vào link tải file XbapPermFix_sx.exe (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=adb47247-4e27-4490-a153-39d8334172d9&displaylang=en) về rồi run để tiến hành fix lỗi, chúc bạn thành công

Chances are you're suffering from File or registry ACL issues, since WPF's browser app host process intentionally removes the "Administrator" ACL token from its process. If the current user doesnt have file or registry access, or their user ID is not explicitly on the ACL, this can happen. (But this is not the only cause).
