Skinbox Brave retail version with:

- PSDs
- Color variations
- Help txt for color variations
- Removed all links going back to Skinbox.

To get full width :
Go to your Admin CP > Edit Templates > CSS Templates > vbulletin.css, find:

margin: 0 auto;
width: 88%; /* Change to your desired width */
text-align:center;
}

Replace with:

#container{
margin: 0 auto;
width: 960px; /* Change to your desired width */
text-align:center;
}

My advice change the

width: 88%; /* Change to your desired width */

With

width: 100%; /* Change to your desired width */
