This will backup your database daily assuming you have a few visitors per day. If your forum is very inactive, it will not run daily.

You are also able to manually create a database backup, if you so desire.

Note that this script will only allow 1 backup per day and any further attempts will be blocked (unless you delete the prior backup made that day).
